How much will this cost?

The prices are all outlined above. There are no hidden fees. Through our partnership with STIHL, we are able to make this program very affordable for all of its dealers. Also, ask your Regional Sales Manager (RSM) about how you can use CO-OP funds to help cover some or all of the costs of participating in this program.

How long will it take?

A:

It depends on which service you get. If you already have an existing website on WordPress and want to add STIHL’s Syndified content to it, that only takes a couple of days. If you have a website that is not on WordPress but want to create a STIHL Online Showroom to compliment it, the process usually takes around 10 to 15 business days. If you want to work with us on building a new custom website, those projects typically take 30 to 45 days.

How often does the content get updated?

A:

The short answer is: every month. The nature of this program is that your website will “sync” with our Central Content Database (aka: the CCD) every weekend, usually on either Saturday or Sunday evening when website traffic is low. In some cases, we push out urgent content updates faster, if needed. In most weeks there will only be a few updates. At times, however, when STIHL is launching new products the updates will be more frequent.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer very comprehensive support to every STIHL dealer that participates in this program. We can be reached during normal business hours (8 AM to 4 PM) every Monday through Friday.
