How much will this cost?

A:

The cost starts at $275 for the initial setup fee and then only $75 per year* for the hosting, support, and maintenance.


Once this is setup, your BEMER content can be remotely updated - worry free. Your messaging will always be compliant with our brand standards and in accordance with our FDA approval.


*An additional $75 per year hosting fee will apply if a WordPress site needs to be made as a work around due to a compatibility issue between our plug-in and the platform your site is built on.

What are the payment terms?

One-time set-up costs will be billed after the work is completed by DesignStudio.


The annual recurring cost is billed separately via an electronic invoice.


We accept digital (credit cards/bank transfers) and traditional (check) forms of payment.

How long will it take?

A:
In most cases, the setup takes only a few business days. Depending on what platform your website uses (WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace, etc.) the process varies slightly. Once our agency partner has the logins and access required, however, the process usually only takes a day or two.

Who do I contact if I need assistance?

How do I cancel my contract?

A:
This agreement can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice, via email. Cancellation notices should be sent to BEMER@designstudio.com

How do I get started?

A:
Simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page to engage our agency partner (DesignStudio) and get the process started. They will request temporary access to either your website admin panel, website hosting account, and/or domain. Once they have that access, they will connect your website or domain to our pre-approved content.
Q:
What do you mean by "syndicated content"?

A:
The way that the Syndified™ service works is a simple connection from your website or domain to a database where our pre-approved content exists. Your site "checks in" with that database once every week for any changes. If anything in the central database changes, your site will download those changes over the weekend when website traffic is generally low.
Q:
What does the annual fee cover?

A:
This small annual fee covers the cost to have our agency host this content on high-speed servers (using AWS or Amazon Web Services) and also to provide one full year of supporting the service in case any questions or concerns come up.

Compare this cost to even the lost cost hosting plans out there and you will find that this fee is extremely reasonable.
Q:
Can I get a refund for cancelling this service?

Our policy is that we do not offer any refunds on any of the fees associated with this program. Some exceptions may apply, at the sole discretion of the executive management of DesignStudio Network, Inc. To request an exception, you may contact management using the BEMER@designstudio.com email address.
Q:
Do I get to keep the syndicated content if I leave the program?

A:
We will remove the plugin from your site, and you will no longer receive new content. The content on your site will age, and may not be compliant with future iterations as outlined by the BEMER compliance team.

Syndified™ technology makes the distribution of really rich digital content easier than ever! It is software that simplifies the very complex task of content syndication and synchronization.

Once setup, Syndified™ technology checks in weekly with our Central Content Database (CCD) for updates. If updates are available, they get delivered to your website auto-magically.
