Services
Syndified provides product content syndication to dealer, retailer and distributor websites. The scope of any particular engagement is defined in the order or agreement signed between us.
Content ownership
Product content syndicated through the platform remains the property of the originating brand or manufacturer. Your licence to display it lasts only as long as your subscription to that brand’s catalogue.
Acceptable use
Syndicated content may be displayed on the domains covered by your agreement. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used to train machine-learning systems without written permission.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability of the syndication service but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Content synchronisation runs on a weekly cycle and timing may vary.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syndified is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on syndicated content.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers before they take effect.
