Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-09
This policy explains what personal information Syndified collects, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Syndified is a service of DesignStudio. For visitors and customers in Europe, the controller of your personal data is DesignStudio Network B.V., Prins Hendrikkade 21e, 1012 TL Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In North America it is DesignStudio Network Inc., PO Box 118, Princeton, WI 54968, United States. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit a quote request, contact form or support request we collect the name, email address, and any company, phone, website and message details you provide. If you represent a brand, that includes your job title and your answers about your catalogue and dealers. If you book a demo, it includes who you are enquiring for, your country, the option and goals you choose, and how you would like to be contacted. A support request also includes how you would like us to reply and any screenshots or files you attach. We also record the language you were using and basic technical information (your IP address, browser and the page you came from) for security and to stop spam. Like any website, our servers also keep short technical logs.
Why we collect it
We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to administer any business relationship that follows. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering a request you started, or to take steps towards a contract at your request.
How long we keep it
We remove the technical details (IP address, browser and referring page) from an enquiry after 90 days, and delete the enquiry itself after 24 months. Application logs are deleted after 14 days. If you become a customer, the records needed for the contract and for tax law are kept for as long as the law requires.
International transfers
Our team works from the Netherlands and the United States, so your enquiry may be handled outside the European Economic Area. When it is, we protect it with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Service providers
We use service providers for email delivery and hosting. They process data on our instructions only. Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam: when you open one, your browser contacts Cloudflare, which receives your IP address and technical details about your browser in order to check that a person, not a bot, is filling it in. Everything else on this website, including fonts, is self-hosted, so loading any other page does not tell a third party about your visit.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal information, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy in a portable format, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw any consent you gave. Email [email protected] and we will act on it within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
This policy is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.
